From Food Truck Fridays in Tower Grove Park to upside down concretes at Ted Drewes and Broadway musicals in Grand Center, there’s no shortage of unique experiences to be had in St. Louis neighborhoods. That’s the spirit of the campaign launching today, “Lucky to Live Here: Celebrating a City of Neighborhoods”. St. Louis Civic Pride Foundation and Ameren Missouri are teaming up to encourage people throughout the St. Louis Metro Area to share their stories of the St. Louis neighborhoods that make them feel Lucky to Live Here.

We’re asking you to share photos from your favorite neighborhoods on Twitter, Instagram and St. Louis Civic Pride Foundation’s Facebook page. When you do that and tag #LuckytoLiveHere and #ExploreStLouis, you’re automatically entered to win a $1,000 Staycation Package in any neighborhood. You could be relaxing, dining and shopping in a one-of-a-kind STL Style “Lucky to Live Here” tshirt.

There’s no limit to entry, as we want to see as many neighborhood shout outs as possible. You can even post multiple times about a neighborhood you especially love. Every time you post about a neighborhood, you increase their chances of winning a $5,000 marketing package from Explore St. Louis. Each entry only increases your chances of being selected and supports the neighborhood, so get posting!

The contest will run until May 31st, 2016, when we’ll select the winner of the Staycation Package as well as five $100 Visa gift card winners.

Even though the contest will end, the spirit around celebrating our neighborhoods will not. We want to see everyone continuing to show how our long and diverse list of neighborhoods makes for a high quality of life.

So, St. Louis area, we want to know – what neighborhoods make you feel Lucky to Live Here?
